As we looked around the marketplace for digital solutions, we said to ourselves, “This just isn’t fair.”
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) form the backbone of the economy, and yet they’re lagging behind digitally because most approaches to digital transformation are designed —and priced— for giant organizations.
Hence, iTransform is created with the vision, "To actualize human potential in challenging environments." - Charles Gervais. The spirit of innovation inspires us and fuels all that we do. We’re continually re-inventing ourselves, and we empower SMEs to do the same.
We view people as the heart of innovation because human creativity and collaboration enable us to shape the future. We understand technology as the byproduct of human innovation, not the driver.
Charles is a visionary with a down-to-earth attitude. He has more than 17 years of experience with both the strategic and the practical sides of IT solutions. Never content with “good enough,” he aims to give businesses the capacity to re-invent themselves.
Meriem is a dynamic business strategist on a mission to help businesses transform and grow. With two Master’s degrees in business, a certificate in Digital Transformation from the University of California, and international experience, she relishes the opportunity to remove obstacles and help businesses reach their full potential.
Our Mission is to decipher the process of
digital transformation so it becomes doable.

We speak in ordinary language, not consultant-speak, and we’re committed to making sophisticated solutions simple and affordable.
Change can be hard, so our job is to make it as easy as possible for you. We know we’ve succeeded when a client tells us that implementing a new digital initiative felt like “common sense.”
iTransform has developed a unique methodology that helps organizations properly plan and execute their digital transformation journeys.
This methodology aims to leverage existing strengths within these organizations; identify existing weaknesses and turn them in real growth opportunities when matched with market opportunities, organizational values and strategic objectives.
iTransform methodology relies on five main pillars:
Without a culture that openly embraces change and ongoing learning, digital initiatives quickly stall.
Companies that succeed intentionally create a culture that values growth and innovation. They also build supports to help employees learn about new technologies and data-driven decision-making.
Technology doesn’t solve business problems; people do.
And you’ll need your whole team on board in order to journey all the way to digital transformation. Be prepared to invest time in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes you’ll need for your initiatives to succeed.
Sound, efficient processes provide an essential framework for digital initiatives to build upon.
Digital “improvements” will never correct underlying process issues.
A clear vision and specific, measurable outcomes must drive any successful digital transformation.
Strong leadership is key.
Last, but not least, the technology you choose must fit the need it’s meant to fill.
Too often, we assume that a solution that worked in one context will make the perfect solution in another, but that’s rarely the case.
